We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee our small parcel shipping operations and export hub. The ideal candidate will optimize shipping processes, manage international logistics partnerships, and drive operational excellence across our distribution network Key job responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance shipping efficiency and reduce costs • Manage relationships with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and negotiate service agreements • Oversee daily hub operations, including staffing, workflow optimization, and quality control • Monitor compliance with international shipping regulations and export requirements • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to meet KPIs • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and drive process improvements • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for shipping operations • Manage budget and forecast shipping expenses - 3 years of program or project management experience - 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 3 years experience within the export Sea and Air industry - 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3 years of driving process improvements experience - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
