About the role The Project Manager will work collaboratively across the business with executive and senior stakeholders to deliver business transformation projects that support the TAC’s strategic priorities. This is not a technical IT project management role – instead, we’re seeking someone with a proven track record in leading business change initiatives: partnering with sponsors, engaging stakeholders, filling out schedules and registers, and ensuring accountability for outcomes across the organisation. You will lead the development and implementation of multiple projects within a program of work or singular projects of a complex nature. Each project will require you to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. About the Team This role reports to a Program Manager and sits within the Enterprise Transformation division, which is responsible for delivering TAC’s strategic priorities in a way that optimises client outcomes, enhances the employee experience, and delivers positive community impact. You will join a collaborative group, who partners closely with various stakeholders across the organisation to achieve shared outcomes. What we’re looking for Business Transformation Project Delivery Expertise You bring 5–10 years’ experience successfully leading business transformation projects in complex organisations (not technical IT projects). You’re confident in applying project methodologies and approaches to achieve measurable results. Experience in the insurance, health & disability or government sector is highly desirable. Proven Project Leadership You bring extensive experience leading business transformation projects, with a strong track record of aligning project outcomes to strategic objectives. You combine planning expertise with the ability to coach, guide and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and a focus on delivery. Stakeholder Engagement Specialist You are confident engaging at senior levels, building trusted relationships with executives, sponsors and external partners.
