Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market. IMC and its associated indigenous Joint Venture partners have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resource clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Petroleum, Northern Star Resources Fortescue, Roy Hill, Liontown Resources and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013. With extensive experience working for clients in remote areas and a deep body of knowledge gained from its diverse multidisciplinary team, IMC understands the specific challenges that constructing and delivering for its Western Australian clients presents. About our role: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Operations Project Team. You’ll play a key role in managing project documentation, coordinating site logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain and organise project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes. Assist with subcontractor management, invoicing, and purchase orders. Update timesheets, machine hours, service sheets, and hazard reports. Support onboarding, rosters, travel bookings, and training record audits. Contribute to project meetings and maintain trackers. Ensure compliance with OHS legislation and internal systems. What You’ll Bring: Experience in a similar role within contracting or supplier environments Certificate IV in a VET Vocational qualification (highly regarded) Strong organisational, documentation, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and project databases Ability to work independently and under pressure Valid C Class Driver’s Licence Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug screen.
