Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital You will play a key role in supporting the Director of Medical Services by providing dynamic administrative assistance for medical credentialing. You will assist in coordinating accreditation, re-accreditation, and other related processes for senior medical staff using our easy-to-use e-credentialing system. This role is permanent part time at 24 hours per week. The Position Undertake comprehensive administrative processes for accreditation, re-accreditation, scope of practice and mandatory training for Visiting Medical Officers. Process applications using the Equifax eCredential system. Maintain the Doctor Database in webPAS ensuring accuracy. Maintain accreditation electronic records and manual filing systems. Perform regular audit reviews of the Doctor Database in webPAS verifying information and producing regular or ad-hoc reports on request. Assist with on-boarding for newly accredited practitioners. Arrange and attend Scope of Practice Committee meetings and provide supporting evidence relating to the Scope of Practice Committee. Follow up actions from the Scope of Practice Committee. Participate in external/internal reviews of credentialing processes All other reasonable duties as directed by the Deputy Director Medical Services. You will ideally have experience in credentialing Senior Medical Practitioners—both employed staff and VMOs—within a fast-paced hospital environment. You must have excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a supportive team is essential.
