Key responsibilities of the position : Sales figure reporting Centre administration Lease set up, renewals, vacates, expiry's and options Managing Debtors in conjunction with Centre Manager and Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable queries, main duties handled by head office Work collaboratively with operations, marketing, finance and lease administration Maintaining centre database Managing tenant insurances and bank guarantees Centre projects relevant to the role In return this role will offer an great career opportunity in retail property.
