This role is central to the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions for an important national program Key Accountabilities Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and hands-on guidance to a team of developers. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Lead solution design and delivery across the full software development lifecycle. Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices. Engage and influence stakeholders, presenting solution designs and managing priorities. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement, system performance monitoring, and adoption of emerging technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes. About You Microsoft Power Platform Expertise : 3-5 years' experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions with Power Apps (model-driven & canvas), Power Apps Portals, and Power Automate (advanced workflows, approvals, exception handling). Microsoft Portals & Dataverse : Strong track record in implementing and optimising portals with a focus on performance, security, and user experience; deep knowledge of Dataverse governance, solution layering, and multi-environment deployment. Advanced Development Skills : Proven experience with C#, Plugins, HTML, JavaScript, and Liquid for portals, plus custom Power Platform components. Leadership & Delivery : Demonstrated leadership across the full SDLC, including change management, governance, and quality assurance. Stakeholder Engagement : Excellent communication skills with experience leading workshops, presenting solutions, and influencing business and executive stakeholders.
