We are currently seeking Experienced Powder Coaters to join a fast-paced, well-established operation based in Oakleigh . This ongoing, Monday to Friday role offering the potential for temp-to-perm . The position is hands-on, requiring a strong eye for detail, proven experience in powder coating, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality finishes. Key Responsibilities: Powder coating aluminium and steel components to a high standard. Preparing and hanging products for coating. Applying coatings using spray guns and related equipment. Conducting quality checks and preparing finished products for client dispatch. Collaborating with the team to achieve production targets and deadlines. To be successful, you will need: Proven experience in powder coating aluminium and steel. knowledge of surface preparation and coating applications. Reliable transport, a valid driver's licence, and full work rights in Australia. PPE (high-vis vest and steel-capped boots). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
