About the Role As a Credit Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer outcomes while maintaining compliance with NFSA’s policies and procedures. You’ll be responsible for verifying income and documentation for customer loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency. Working closely with our Retail Credit and Settlements teams, as well as dealership staff, you’ll help deliver a seamless and positive experience across our Nissan, Mitsubishi, Renault, Infiniti, and Skyline brands. Key Responsibilities Verify and validate customer application information against NFSA policy and compliance standards. Ensure documentation accurately reflects customer circumstances. Collaborate with Retail Credit, Settlements, and Sales teams to maintain consistent processes. Communicate policy requirements clearly to internal staff and dealership partners. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience while upholding responsible lending, AML, and fraud mitigation requirements. About You Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline (preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to problem-solve, think laterally, and apply sound judgement.
