What You’ll Do: Use your optics expertise to help patients find and fit the ideal lenses and frames for their needs and style Deliver friendly, solution-focused service that exceeds expectations Stay up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends, products, and accessories Manage daily tasks including patient bookings, billing, ordering, and collections Practice is small with only 1 optom and 2 other team members Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming practice environment Work alternate half-day Saturdays (no late nights!) What You’ll Bring: Lead and motivate a team, fostering strong communication and best practices . Identify opportunities to enhance practice performance and bridge skill gaps.
