About the Opportunity We are seeking a Document Control Specialist to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. This is a Monday-to-Friday office-based role, with a 4:3 onsite roster once a month. The role reports to the HSEC Manager. The focus is on establishing and embedding effective systems to ensure timely document review, approval, and ongoing governance. Your primary responsibilities will include: Review and update CDMS documents to meet regulatory, site, and industry requirements. Collaborate with document owners and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and approval. Maintain version control, metadata accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Schedule and monitor document reviews to ensure timely approvals. Support HSEC in aligning documents with safety, environmental, and operational requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of document control processes and integration with LMS and Training Management Systems. About You The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, including familiarity with site-based FIFO positions. Key skills and qualifications: Experience in document control, records management, or similar roles in mining/resources, construction, or heavy industry sectors. Knowledge of controlled document processes, version control, and regulatory compliance. High attention to detail with excellent organisational and record-keeping skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to support and influence colleagues at all levels. Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., SharePoint or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
