We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes: Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation, other workforce employment frameworks (and experience including awards, agreements, Directives, policies, guidelines etc.) that enables the development of appropriate strategies to manage individual employment matters and the development of Statewide policy and strategy to support quality workforce decision-making. Demonstrated experience in partnering with managers at all levels to provide high-level technical and strategic, written and verbal advice in relation to the appropriate management and resolutions of complex and sensitive employment related issues. Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills in order to diagnose issues and to provide quality advice and solutions to complex workforce and employee issues, both on a Statewide and local basis. Demonstrated ability to provide authoritative advice and support capability evelopment amongst Statewide HR Practitioners and management roles at all levels in order to improve the management and outcomes in regards to complex and sensitive employment related issues. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships and liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve expected organisational outcomes. Mandatory requirements: The incumbent may be required to travel on official business and the possession of a C class driver's licence may be required.
