Your Role: Based at our Brisbane head office, the experienced and motivated Marketing and Communications Manager will lead strategic and operational marketing initiatives for Education Queensland International (EQI). Collaborating closely with the Director and a dynamic, highly creative team, you will develop marketing strategies, manage campaigns, oversee content and social media, and support stakeholder engagement and program promotion. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of international education across 93 Queensland schools and support DE International's performance and financial objectives. Responsibilities include: Provide strong leadership and management of a creative, dynamic, and results-driven marketing team to achieve strategic objectives. Lead the development and execution of DE International's strategic marketing direction, including target markets, growth objectives, promotional activities, communications, marketing materials, social media and website enhancements. Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders such as agents, educational organisations, and government agencies to support marketing goals. Oversee strategic marketing and communications initiatives across all DE International business units, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment campaigns, marketing collateral, and compliance with all relevant Commonwealth and State regulations, policies, and guidelines governing international education services. Drive brand management by upholding brand integrity, ensuring consistent messaging, and strengthening DE International's reputation in the market. About You: Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage teams and contribute to strategic planning and direction. Highly adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong coordination and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective across government and diverse stakeholder groups. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and negotiation to support organisational goals. Innovative and collaborative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
