Learning Links is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (Diploma qualified) to join our highly regarded Exceeding-Rated Preschool at Peakhurst. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract , working part-time, 3 days per week during school terms. Our preschool operates from 8am–4pm and provides a high-quality inclusive early childhood program catering to the individual needs of all children aged 3–6 years and their families. What you’ll be doing Building caring and nurturing relationships with children through a strengths-based approach Facilitating group activities and ensuring learning spaces are engaging and well-prepared Writing observations and sharing daily updates with families to support ongoing engagement Providing families with resources and strategies to enhance children’s learning at home Applying your knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards to deliver best practice Collaborating with colleagues, therapists, and the Preschool Director to continually improve inclusive practice Attending staff meetings (after hours) Why join Learning Links?
