Your role Day-to-day, you will: Support children with learning difficulties and disabilities across a variety of settings. Deliver small group oral language programs for K–2 students in schools (all materials and resources provided). Track and document intervention outcomes and progress. Work closely with the Therapy Aide Team Leader, participating in regular supervision and professional development. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Educators. Provide excellent customer service and communication with families and schools. Achieve individual and team goals that contribute to Learning Links’ wider strategy. Your knowledge and qualifications Currently enrolled in the final or second last year of a Speech Pathology degree (Bachelor or Masters). A passion for working with children. Experience supporting children in individual or small group settings (through placements or volunteer work). Current driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
