Administration Officer - Supervisions Fixed Term, Part Time, Term Time 21 January 2026 to 30 November 2026 Monday to Friday 6.00am – 10.30am We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Administration Officer - Supervisions to ensure the continuity of student learning by effectively sourcing and organising qualified Relief Teachers for the Junior School in consultation with the Deputy Head of Junior School. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage staff absences using internal or external personnel, ensuring minimal disruption to learning, maintaining strong pastoral care and supporting the effective operation of the School. Our ideal candidate will have proven administration and organisational capabilities, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Key Responsibilities: Management of short-term Teacher absences, replacement and supervisions coordination in conjunction with the Deputy Head of Junior School Organisation and coordination of junior school events and assemblies under the direction of the Deputy Head of Junior School to ensure seamless and successful outcomes Junior School calendar coordination Other general administration duties as directed by the Head of Junior School or Deputy Head of Junior School.
