About The Opportunity The Estimator will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and high-quality estimates for both residential and commercial building projects. Your responsibilities will include: Manage end-to-end roofing repairs, ensuring QBCC/HBCF compliance. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and teams with clear work orders. Track project progress, budgets, and milestones to meet SLAs. Review insurance scopes and reports with 95% accuracy. Prevent backlog while driving workflow efficiency. Represent Auscoast Builders professionally while meeting targets. About You The successful candidate will have: 2–3 years’ experience in project management, construction, or repair Knowledge of roofing systems, repair processes, and QBCC/HBCF compliance. Proficient in project management tools, Google Suite, and communication platforms. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
