Job Description EDM Developer – Email Campaigns & Automation About the client: Our client is a leading organisation focused on delivering engaging digital communications. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and optimising email campaigns that drive measurable customer engagement. About the role: We are seeking an EDM Developer to create, test, and deploy high-impact email campaigns. You’ll develop responsive templates, implement personalisation and segmentation, and ensure flawless execution across bulk and scheduled communications. Key Responsibilities: • Build, configure, and schedule EDM campaigns using leading marketing automation platforms. • Develop and maintain reusable, responsive email templates. • Implement dynamic content, personalisation tags, and segmentation logic. • Ensure compliance with customer preferences (opt-in, unsubscribe, GDPR). • Conduct rendering tests and validate assets before launch. • Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, opens, and CTR. • Support A/B testing to optimise campaign performance. Required Experience: • 2–4 years’ hands-on experience with EDM/email platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Unica, etc.). • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive email coding. • Strong knowledge of personalisation, dynamic content, and campaign scheduling.
