About your opportunity: In this position you will: Oversee complex case management, industrial relations, and employee relations functions, ensuring compliance with legislative, industrial, and policy frameworks and fostering early intervention approaches. Provide high-level advice to the Executive Leadership Team, line managers, and stakeholders on complex workforce matters, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement opportunities. Drive improvements across the whole function to position CHHHS as an employer of choice. Lead the implementation of service improvement initiatives, including the adoption of streamlined workflows, self-service platforms, and consistent service standards. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior health service leaders, unions, regulatory bodies, and external providers, promoting collaborative problem-solving and positive professional and industrial relationships.
