About you: In your new role you will: Assist in undertaking a range of administrative duties including data entry, scheduling appointments, record keeping and accurate data collection for reporting purposes using computer based programs, such programs include HBCIS and TRACCS. Liaise with clients, carers, health professionals and community agencies to ensure an effective, collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to the planning and coordination of client care. Maintain a working knowledge of and use office systems including word processing, spreadsheet applications, data base management and record keeping. Work within a multidisciplinary team and liaise with other staff regarding effective and efficient operations of the Home Care Service. Comply with and adhere to Queensland Health policies, procedures, standards and legislation relevant to the role and work area.
