We are looking to appoint a Workshop Manager to our skilled Noble Park Operations team. Key Responsibilities Leading and coordinating the work of technicians to ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard and on time Monitoring workshop productivity and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency Managing parts ordering, inventory control, and workshop budgets Providing technical guidance and mentoring to the workshop team Fostering a positive team culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining strong safety and operational standards Manage key account relationships for the Workshop What we're looking for Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or Senior Technician, leading mechanical teams Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills A relevant trade qualification or certificate in engineering or a related field Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of building a cohesive, productive team A current driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of vehicles and equipment What's on offer: A competitive salary package Access to employee benefits account including discounts on groceries, electronics and more Access to Employee Assistance Program Access to an annual Health and Wellbeing reimbursement program
