Description The Opportunity Downer is seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to support our Water business in Southeast Queensland. This pivotal role ensures safe, sustainable, and high-quality delivery across our long-term infrastructure programs. As the Estimating Manager for SEQ Programs, you will lead the estimating function across multiple water infrastructure projects, guiding regional estimating resources and collaborating closely with Program Directors and clients. Our Long-Term Contracts Include: City of Gold Coast – 7 years remaining Logan City Council – 5 years remaining Urban Utilities – 10 years remaining (Brisbane, Scenic Rim, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley & Somerset) Unitywater – 10 years remaining (Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast & Noosa) With a portfolio valued at approximately $4 billion over the next 5 years, and projects ranging from $1 million to $300 million, Downer is poised for significant growth — including doubling our team size within 3 years.
