This is an opportunity to work with an established builder/developer who owns and manages a significant national property portfolio, offering the security and resources of a major industry player without the red tape of Tier 1. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee all CA functions on a $130mil BTR apartment development in West End Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and timelines Work closely with the site team, CAs, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes Utilise Cheops and Procore (experience in these preferred but not essential) What You Bring Strong multi-residential project experience $80mil Established network of SEQ subcontractors Keen to learn more?
