Commercial Project Manager Ascend Recruit are seeking a motivated Client-side Project Manager on behalf of our client - a highly regarded property development and project advisory consultancy delivering diverse projects across Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in driving high-quality commercial projects from conception through to completion. About the Role Lead the delivery of commercial projects across sectors including office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles - from feasibility and planning through procurement, delivery, and handover. Oversee budgets, programs, contractor performance, risk, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide client-side project management and work closely with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Contribute to a varied portfolio of projects , ranging from $1M to $50M. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, development, or consultancy. Strong background in budget control, reporting, and contract management . Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously . Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with construction/project management software. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or Property (preferred).
