Your next career opportunity As an Administration Officer in the Disability and Health Unit, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level executive support to the Head of the Unit, manage key projects, and ensure the smooth operation of our initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Executive Support and Coordination: Manage the Head of the Unit's diary, prioritise tasks, and provide high-level administrative assistance. Event and Meeting Management: Organise and support workshops, seminars, and committee meetings, ensuring all logistics and accessibility needs are met. Communication and Liaison: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and respond to internal and external enquiries, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Website and Project Support: Maintain the Unit's website and provide additional support for team members and projects as needed. You may be a great fit if: You will be a motivated professional with exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing a high volume of varied tasks independently and collaboratively. You may also: Possess relevant experience in administrative roles and have a strong understanding of project management. Demonstrate high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
