We are now looking for a General Manager to join our leadership team and help drive our next stage of growth. Job duties Lead and oversee all operational functions of the college including academic delivery, student services, administration, and campus operations. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase enrolments, improve student retention, and expand program offerings. Manage budgets and financial performance, including cost control, revenue growth, and profitability. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. RTO standards, CRICOS, government accreditation) and maintain high standards of quality assurance. Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing management team; provide mentorship, performance reviews, and professional development. Oversee marketing, recruitment and partnerships efforts to enhance the college’s reputation, attract international and domestic students, and maintain strong industry links. Monitor and analyse performance metrics (KPIs), financial reports, and operations data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Represent the college externally: liaise with government bodies, industry stakeholders, educational partners, and the community. Selection Criteria Minimum 3 years’ experience in a General Manager role Good communication skills and at least one other foreign language Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams and functions.
