Take ownership of the full 360 recruitment process – from business development to successful placements. Achieve clear, rewarding targets with strong earning potential. Grow, recruit and manage a division within a large company. Train and develop staff members. Requirements / Qualifications Previous recruitment experience (engineering, technical, or construction sector experience is an advantage). Prior management/leadership roles is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Driven, resilient, and target-focused attitude. Keen interest in the engineering and technical industries.
