We are seeking a HRIS Systems Administrator to play a key role in supporting HR operations through the effective management of our HRIS and related platforms. This position ensures that systems are accurate, user-friendly, and fully compliant, while providing technical support and training to staff across the organisation. This is a part-time, 4 days per week, fixed-term parental leave role for 9-12months, offering the opportunity to make a real impact by improving processes, enhancing workflows, and building system capability within the People and Culture function. The Role: Administer and support the HRIS (UKG) on a day-to-day basis. Partner with Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment and compliance. Troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and deliver user training. Support the rollout of additional HR modules (e.g., learning and performance). Conduct audits and generate regular reporting and analysis. Administer additional People and Culture systems (e.g., learning platforms, intranet, reference check tools). Coordinate mandatory training requirements such as Child Safeguarding, Psychosocial and First Aid. Develop and maintain user guides and training materials. The Ideal Candidate: Experienced in UKG Ready or similar HRIS platforms. Strong Excel and data analysis skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reporting). Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements. Previous experience as an HRIS Administrator or in a similar systems role. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and training skills. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail. Holds (or can obtain) a Working With Children Check. HR qualifications (desirable but not essential). What’s in it for you?
