Overview We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced consulting professional to join our Risk Advisory practice. As a fully integrated practice within the firm, our Risk Advisory team collaborates with our legal and data intelligence practice groups to deliver risk advisory consulting services to global and domestic public and private sector clients. A Manager is sought to join our high-performing team in Sydney, working with industry-leading practitioners on risk management, regulatory and compliance matters for tier-1 clients, with a focus on the financial services sector. You will provide strategic advice to help clients navigate regulatory environments, manage risks effectively, and achieve business objectives. You will also support project delivery for development of risk management frameworks, regulatory enforcements and investigations, and governance reviews. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-profile matters that will influence markets and regulatory landscapes, collaborating with a diverse team to deliver practical, innovative, and commercially focused solutions. Responsibilities Advise on risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance matters for a range of clients, with a focus on financial services. Support development and delivery of risk management frameworks, regulatory enforcements, investigations, and governance reviews. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Firm to deliver risk advisory services. Engage with senior stakeholders and present findings to executives where required. Qualifications 7 years’ consulting experience within a top-tier professional services firm. Strong background in risk management and regulatory compliance, particularly in financial services. Familiarity with Australian regulatory frameworks including APRA, ASIC and/or AUSTRAC. Proven ability to execute complex, novel, and bespoke projects efficiently and confidently. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, commercial solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders and presenting to c-suite executives. Agile mindset, curiosity, and a passion for collaborating in multidisciplinary teams combining legal, risk, data, and technology expertise.
