About the Role As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level executive, governance and office support. You will coordinate calendars, meetings and travel, prepare documents and board packs, manage correspondence, reconcile expenses and support team operations. You will also organise logistics for quarterly Board meetings and key events. About the Person You are proactive, detail-focused and unafraid to clarify priorities. A skilled communicator and writer, you build strong relationships and keep things moving. You bring sound judgement, discretion and a calm, organised approach. You are confident with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams. Duties Provide executive support to the CEO, including complex diary and email management, correspondence and document preparation Coordinate meetings and logistics, develop agendas, compile papers and take minutes; support quarterly Board meetings and action tracking Arrange domestic travel, accommodation and event logistics for the CEO, Directors and stakeholders Reconcile invoices and CEO monthly expenses and liaise with Governance and Operations on budgets Maintain office operations, including supplies, IT coordination with the Academy of Science, and general administration Support team planning sessions, initiatives and evaluation activities Skills/Experience Extensive EA experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a not-for-profit or mission-driven context Excellent written communication with strong attention to detail and follow-through Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus SharePoint and Teams Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and exercise confidentiality and discretion Relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset If you are a highly organised EA with a keen interest in supporting a CEO within a purpose-driven organisation, APPLY NOW.
