Description We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Sydney-based team and take charge of a technically complex construction project with offshore deployment. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead the delivery of a major commercial construction project for a high-value Federal Government client – coordinating offsite modular builds, on-site construction and services integration, and logistics. What You’ll Be Doing Plan and mobilise: Lead development of delivery strategies, construction programs and site readiness to hit key project milestones. Control the program: Manage day-to-day project delivery, subcontractor coordination, procurement sequencing and site activity. Keep us compliant: Ensure WHS, quality, and legal standards are upheld at all times. Drive commercial outcomes: Track and manage scope, budgets, variations, and contract performance (both upstream and downstream). Manage stakeholders: Engage confidently with clients, consultants and authorities throughout the lifecycle of the project. Lead the team: Coordinate closely with delivery, logistics and engineering teams to keep performance on track. Close it out: Manage defect resolution, documentation, and final approvals – and bring key lessons into our next project. Skills And Experiences What You’ll Bring 10 years’ experience managing commercial construction projects end-to-end. Solid understanding of Australian construction contracts – AS 4000, AS 2124, GC21. Proficient in tools such as Procore, Jobpac, Aconex and Microsoft Project. Excellent planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field; Trade background highly regarded. Ability to travel overseas for extended periods. Ready to Take the Next Step?
