Key Responsibilities Manage Class 1 residential projects from construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Monitor construction progress, budgets, and schedules, resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the development team on early-stage DA and CC projects. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and legal obligations. Support the delivery of apartment and house & land (H&L) projects, including exposure to DA and CC stages. Requirements Proven experience in construction management, ideally within residential developments. Strong understanding of the construction process, project scheduling, budgeting, and compliance. Experience managing contractors and liaising with stakeholders. Property development experience (DA, CC stages) is a strong plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Responsibilities: Class 2 residential buildings (multi-storey apartment buildings) White Card certification (mandatory) Administer head contracts and subcontracts in accordance with Australian Standards Engage accredited certifiers, surveyors, and utility authorities to secure timely approvals and inspections Monitor EHS performance, conducting site audits in line with SafeWork NSW requirements Australia Specific Requirements: Ensure compliance with NCC, SEPP, BASIX, Green Star, and WHS standards throughout construction Adhere to Development Approvals (DA), Construction Certificates (CC), and environmental management plans Monitor subcontractors in compliance with Fair Work Act
