Job Description This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney NCS Australia is looking for a strategic and driven Sales Lead – Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) to join our growing team. Based in either NSW or VIC, this role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact sales initiatives across our CMT portfolio, helping shape the future of technology in Australia. Reporting to the Telco SBG AU Lead, you’ll be responsible for identifying and closing complex, multi-year deals, growing existing accounts, and winning net new logos. You’ll work across a matrixed organisation, collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Capability teams to bring innovative solutions to market. We’re seeking someone with a proven track record in strategic sales within the CMT industry, strong business development and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships. Experience working in a matrixed environment is essential, and a background in professional services or strategic sales will be highly regarded. You’ll also be expected to represent NCS at industry events, contribute to thought leadership, and actively promote our brand across professional networks. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving sustained growth.
