Job Description About the Role As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of growing our Mobility business by nurturing relationships with new and existing customers. You’ll play a key role in driving referrals and leads, ensuring our platform remains the preferred choice for sourcing support workers in the Aged Care and NDIS sectors. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience, while meeting revenue targets and identifying new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with provider organisations. Develop and execute account plans to meet customer and revenue goals. Drive daily revenue performance and exceed referral targets. Identify and implement strategies to capture new growth opportunities. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Marketing to keep Mobility top-of-mind for customers. Respond to customer feedback and complaints with timely resolutions. Prepare reports, tenders, and submissions as required. Ensure full compliance with CRM and feedback systems. Champion continuous improvement and contribute to platform enhancements. Promote a safe and positive workplace culture aligned with WHS standards. About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales with a proven track record. Knowledge of Aged Care and NDIS is highly desirable. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Commercially astute with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
