We're looking for a curious, data-driven, and creative Campaign Manager to join a national marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving high-impact campaigns. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape customer engagement, retention, and acquisition strategies across a large-scale, multi-site business. What you'll be doing Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of digital and CRM campaigns across email, SMS, social, and paid channels. Build smart, trigger-based customer journeys using segmentation and lifecycle insights. Support major projects such as rebrands, acquisitions, and service launches. Collaborate closely with digital, marketing, and internal stakeholder teams to bring campaigns to life. Develop scalable "campaign toolkits" that can be rolled out across multiple sites. Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and use data to continually optimise results. What we're looking for Proven experience managing CRM or omni-channel marketing campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly regarded). Strong campaign content skills - copywriting, creative, and ideally design (Photoshop/InDesign/Canva). Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimisation. Solid project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders. A commercially minded marketer who thrives on solving problems and delivering results.
