We’re looking for a Billing Officer to join our accounts team, looking after our NDIS and Home Care business. This is a full-time role based at our corporate office in West Perth. About the role Reporting to our Financial Controller, you will provide centralised support to manage accounts receivable processes, including Home Care and NDIS claims and client & participant invoices. Utilising a Revenue and Continuous Improvement Process is integral to review, check evidence and process all revenue claims. The Home Care & NDIS Billing Officer will contribute to the requirements for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Department of Health (DoH) and other organisational endeavours. What you’ll bring Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need make sure you possess the following: Excellent time management and organisation skills, with an ability to meet targets within tight deadlines Knowledge of and experience with the NDIS/PRODA systems An understanding of NDIS guidelines and experience in other contract guidelines adherence, interpretation, and implementation. High level of communication, written and verbal Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc); NDIS Worker Screening Check National Police Check and/or Statutory Declaration(m) “C” class or equivalent driver’s licence Vaccination evidence or willingness to be vaccinated to support client and personal wellbeing (influenza and other role specific requirements) What we offer Our people are integral to achieving our vision of being a leading aged care provider in Australia.
