ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT Short Term contracts for some of our Real Estate clients. Assignments of varying lengths. Positions are either Property Manager or Senior Property Manager. Responsible for end-to-end property management. Some of these assignments include outside work, some are just internal management. Passion for providing top customer service. IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a Property Manager. Be adaptable and open to working in different environments. Current WA Property Management registration with up-to-date CPD points. Experience using PropertyME or PropertyTree (or similar cloud-based software) will be highly regarded.
