An opportunity has arisen for a senior technology leader to take responsibility for IT Governance, Business Partnering, Project Delivery and Enterprise Architecture across a complex organisation. This role provides strategic oversight and leadership to ensure IT is setup and placed well to respond to the varying demand across the business. The Role As Manager - IT Governance & Business Engagement, you will oversee multiple capabilities as part of a new function including governance frameworks, business partnering, project management, and enterprise architecture. You will work closely with business and technology leaders to define and embed the new function, ensuring a pragmatic approach to enabling the new capabilities. This is a role that requires the ability to influence at all levels, balance corporate and operational priorities, and foster strong engagement across geographically diverse teams. Key Responsibilities Lead IT governance, business partnering, project office, and enterprise architecture functions Drive and oversee Governance for IT, creating a balanced scorecard to manage the function. Oversight of domain IT strategies, governance frameworks, and prioritisation processes Oversee the portfolio of technology projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality Lead enterprise architecture to govern and manage the IT landscape, informing investment and technology roadmaps Strengthen business engagement, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of priorities and progress Development of a portfolio management approach, to support various business functional areas. Mentor and develop high-performing leaders and teams Manage Supply & Demand for the IT function. Create a flex on demand capability for Project delivery. Promote innovation and continuous improvement while maintaining strong oversight and compliance About You Extensive senior leadership experience across IT governance, business partnering, project delivery, and enterprise architecture Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across executive, technical, and operational levels Demonstrated ability to build and lead multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams Expertise in governance, risk management, portfolio oversight, and enterprise architecture Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, vendors, and value-driven investments What's on Offer A green field opportunity to develop & shape IT governance, business partnering, delivery and architecture capabilities for the organisation.
