Job Description Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Front Office Department: What will you be doing: Managing the day to day operations of the front desk you will be responsible for tasks such as check ins/outs, loyalty sign ups, reporting, and assisting with guest needs. You will supervise and manage the front office team while on shift, and will be responsible for effective onboarding and training. Ensuring we create unforgettable guest service is delivered to each of our guests with a focus on driving loyalty. Most importantly you will effectively manage any emergency situations that arise within the Hotel, ensuring you follow Hotel procedures and processes.
