Job Description We’re seeking a confident and capable NSW Sales Team Leader who can balance strong team leadership with a hands-on approach to business development and account management . In this key role, you’ll lead the commercial growth of the NSW region by coaching and supporting a motivated sales team , while actively managing your own strategic accounts. Your ability to lead from the front, combined with strong industry knowledge and client credibility, will be crucial to your success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in specification and infrastructure sales and understands the nuances of both the contractor/builder markets and the commercial/government sectors . You’ll need to move confidently between segments — from public space and utilities to private infrastructure and large-scale developments — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored lighting solutions that make a lasting impact. You’ll also bring deep experience in the lighting industry , across a variety of segments such as sports facilities, public spaces, transport, solar , and smart city solutions .
