By leveraging AI, they are transforming the way customers interact with products and services, changing the game for user engagement across every touchpoint of their offering. The Role As Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of loyalty and subscription products, driving strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement. You’ll look at the full customer lifecycle, from attraction and retention through to long-term engagement, and ensure products deliver real value to both customers and the business. A key focus will be on creating engaging and attractive customer loyalty and retention strategies that thrive in a B2B2C environment, ensuring customer relationships are strengthened and sustained at every stage. Key responsibilities: Lead the product strategy for loyalty and subscription products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals Analyse customer behaviour, lifecycle stages, and digital journeys to inform decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-first solutions across multiple digital platforms Clearly communicate the rationale behind product decisions and their impact across the customer funnel Work closely with stakeholders to optimise end-to-end buyer journeys and customer experiences The Candidate We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a passion for loyalty, engagement, and digital products.
