Your Role: Strategic, Collaborative, Impactful As the Contracts and Procurement Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of a robust framework aligned with the Council’s procurement and contracting objectives. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts and procurement processes are efficient, effective, and deliver optimal value for money. Who We're Looking For We’re seeking a strategic thinker and natural problem solver who can engage across all levels of the organisation, influence outcomes and thrive in a dynamic environment. Success in this role will require a strong foundation in procurement and leadership, along with the ability to lead, develop and inspire a dedicated team. You will bring: Degree qualification in procurement, contract law or a related discipline. Extensive experience in procurement and contract management. Proven leadership and team development skills.
