Earlyhood Education & Care are seeking a Director , travelling across two centes in Sydney's South-west region. About the Role As a multi-site Director you will oversee a portfolio of 2 early childhood centres, providing strategic direction, leadership, and hands-on support to staff. Your focus will be to guide and empower your team to deliver high-quality education and care, ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), and achieve key operational and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to staff across the two centres Oversee the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and drive continuous improvement. Build high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and professional development. Monitor and support enrolment growth, occupancy targets, and budget performance. Lead change management initiatives aligned with organisational strategy. Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, educators, community stakeholders, and regulators. Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for A&R visits and audits. Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion, and wellbeing across all centres. Essential Criteria: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Centre Director or managing multiple childcare services (preferred). COMPLETED Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) or working towards this qualification. Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Availability between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Must have a valid drivers license In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework, NQS, and EYLF.
