Description and Requirements Scope of Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of this position is to improve visibility, market share and sell out of Motorola products on national retailers (online and offline) Development of stronger partnership with our customers to get data, insights and full understanding of their marketing ecosystem and capabilities Analyses of sales, content competition and shopper insights in order to identify business opportunities Build and execute customers marketing plans, integrating digital and offline strategies Maximize traffic to our products (Launches and phase out) Deep knowledge about retail media, digital media and social E xperience in ecommerce & digital marketing, acquired by working at an etailer, is a nice to have Strong analytical skills and data driven oriented Advanced knowledge about excel and digital KPIs analysis Good relationship with sales and trade marketing team Passionate about eCommerce Proactive , energetic, self-managed, hands-on Results oriented Good Communication skill Consumer centric Intermediate / Advanced english Graduated in marketing Basic Qualifications : Experience within Marketing Retail English proficiency (written and spoken) required Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team Able to work in a hybrid format (3x office, 2x Home office) Motorola Mobility is an equal opportunity employer.
