Description and Requirements Overall Description: Ownership of marketplace operations, including step by step until delivery, after-sale claims and E2E tracking reports. Responsibilities: create internal purchase order, request credit unblock, logistics delivery, tracking till customer´s reception. Manage customers´ claims in the marketplace platform. Keep track of all in consolidated report. Conciliations. Attain sales targets defined for the route-to-market Key roles and responsibilities: Work with local Online Sales Manager to identify products/options to be marketed through Marketplace, define prices and promotions. Hands on in Marketplace integrators platforms to load products and download reports and data needed for the operation. Coordinate Marketplace sale pricing and promotional pricing; PFV (price-for-value) analysis to ensure competitive offerings. Create and manage commercial relationships with Marketplace KAMs to ensure the brand and store is boosted. Plan and execute based on promotional calendars defined by Marketplace. Close E2E operations with financial conciliations. ✅ Skills: Bachelor's Degree or advanced student on Marketing, eBusiness or related fields such as: Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, etc. 2 years of work experience in operations management, eCommerce, eBusiness or related areas. Experience as Customer Representative. Advanced English level (oral and written) and advanced excel (formulas, pivots). Passion to drive a fast paced, end to end business Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision. Know how to handle urgent-important matters.
