This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Coordinator to join a leading apparel business and play a key part in ensuring the seamless flow of garments from concept through to final shipment. About the Role As the Production Coordinator, you’ll act as the crucial link between design, sales, factories, and logistics. You’ll be responsible for planning production schedules, monitoring order progress, managing factory communications, and ensuring that deadlines, quality standards, and cost objectives are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Oversee production timelines from sampling through to dispatch. Coordinate with offshore factories (China & Vietnam) and internal teams. Track materials and liaise with fabric import teams. Maintain detailed production status reports and purchase orders. Support quality control checks and inspections, ensuring rectifications where required. Proactively resolve issues such as delays, shortages, or technical challenges. Be the central point of contact across design, sampling, production, and logistics. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and time management skills. Solid knowledge of garment construction and production processes. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Excellent communicator with strong coordination abilities.
