Location: Unit 6/205 Weyba Rd, Noosaville QLD 4566 Your Role As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of bread, pastries, and baked goods in a fast-paced, artisan bakery environment. Key Responsibilities: Weighing and mixing ingredients according to recipes Kneading, molding, and shaping doughs Operating baking machinery such as ovens, mixers, and proofers Monitoring baking process to ensure quality and consistency Applying glazes, icings, or other finishes Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards Maintaining cleanliness of workstations and equipment Contributing to new product development and seasonal offerings About You We are looking for someone who is reliable, creative, and genuinely passionate about baking.
