The role We’re seeking a hands-on Hotel Service Manager to lead our housekeeping teams, optimise rosters to occupancy, and deliver seamless, memorable stays for our guests across a 7-day operation. Key duties Lead, roster and mentor front office/concierge/housekeeping teams. Own guest experience: check-in/out, service recovery, VIPs and complaints. Drive housekeeping productivity and quality; coordinate contractors/linen. Maintain PMS/channel-manager accuracy; reconcile daily reports. Monitor KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, CSAT) and report weekly. Ensure WHS, fire safety, training and incident management. Coordinate maintenance requests and preventative schedules. Skills People leadership and coaching PMS & channel-manager proficiency Guest recovery and escalation handling Workforce planning & rostering WHS/risk awareness Supplier & inventory control Qualifications and experience AQF Diploma (or higher) desired or at least 3 years’ relevant hotel/serviced-apartment supervisory experience Proven performance in 7-day resort operations and high-occupancy periods.
