What you'll be doing Delivering a high standard of customer service , keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining clear communication throughout the support cycle Providing front-line application support through ticketing systems, ensuring incidents and service requests are logged, tracked, and resolved within SLA Troubleshooting and resolving issues in line with ITIL / ITSM processes , including incident, problem, and change management Reading and debugging JavaScript to identify root causes and apply fixes or workarounds Escalating and collaborating with UX, development, and infrastructure teams when issues require deeper investigation Delivering a high standard of customer service , keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining clear communication throughout the support cycle Contributing to knowledge bases, FAQs, and process improvements to drive continuous service quality What we're looking for Experience as an Application Support Engineer , Technical Support Engineer , or similar support-focused role Background in web or front-end development with the ability to bridge dev and support Strong working knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes and ticketing systems (incident, problem, change) Proficient in JavaScript debugging with familiarity in HTML and CSS Skills in Linux and SQL are highly advantageous A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Ability to work from the Sydney CBD office two days per week Why join Join a team that values growth, collaboration, and continuous learning.
