Responsibilities Provide a customer-centric approach to the development and delivery of high quality, integrated digital content design on key DPHI websites. Publish content on DPHI websites, ensuring content meets accessibility and brand guidelines. Administer content management systems to facilitate high quality customer experiences using Drupal. Provide expert digital content design advice spanning UX, SEO; information architecture; analytics; accessibility and web standards. Track and analyse website performance using digital analytic tools to optimise engagement and reach objectives. Work closely with key stakeholders to support website consolidation, migration projects, website updates, and digital projects. Provide advice on best practice digital content governance.
