About the Company Our client is an ASX-listed exploration company with a high-quality portfolio of projects in a globally significant international uranium province. We seek an experienced geological leader to assume the Exploration Manager position to lead discovery programs across a well-structured uranium project portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of uranium exploration programs across multiple project areas, from grassroots through to advanced exploration. Apply technical expertise in uranium systems, grassroots discovery and drilling strategies to generate and test targets. Ensure exploration activities comply with company policies, budgets, schedules and applicable regulatory requirements. Engage with local stakeholders and communities to build strong relationships and maintain social licence. Deliver accurate, timely technical reports and presentations for internal management, the board and the ASX stakeholders. Contribute technical input to corporate activities, including project evaluations and assessment of possible acquisitions and joint venture opportunities. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geoscience, or related field (postgraduate qualifications desirable). Minimum 10 years' exploration experience, with exposure to uranium projects. Prior experience in a senior exploration geologist or managerial role. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop teams. Strong organisational and problem-solving ability, with the flexibility to adapt in dynamic operating environments. High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable interacting with technical teams, local communities and investors.
